5 cups Kosher salt
5 cups light brown sugar
2 1/2 cups garlic powder
2 1/2 cups onion powder
2 1/2 cups spanish paprika
2 1/2 cups chili powder
1 1/4 cups celery salt
1 1/4 cups black pepper
1/4 cup + 2 2/3 tablespoons white pepper
1/4 cup + 2 2/3 tablespoons thyme

1. Mix together all ingredients in bowl.
2. Store in mason jars (size of your choice).

Ally made and sold this BBQ rub for the Egan Jr. High school Holiday Fair in Los Altos, CA. The rub lasts for at least a year if stored in a cool place.
