1/2 soy sauce
2 T minced peeled fresh ginger
1 T minces fresh cilantro
2 t minced garlic
1/2 t ground black pepper
1/4 t coarse salt
2 T peanut oil
1 T toasted sesame oil
2 racks pork baby back ribs - halved

Directions:
Directions:
Wisk together soy, ginger, cilantro, garlic, pepper & salt. Wisk in oils. Marinate ribs with mixture in a bag for 45mn at room temp. Pre heat the over to 400º. Bake on baking sheet for 30 mn. Prepare a hot charcoal fire or preheat broiler, grill or broil ribs until they are deep brown and glazed, about 3 mn each side. Baste with the marinade will grilling, cut into individual riblets and serve hot.
