3 lbs spare ribs
1 tsp accent seasoning seasoning
4 Tbsp molasses
4 Tbsp prepared mustard
3 Tbsp lemon juice
3 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp Tabasco

Directions:
Directions:
Have the spare rib rack cut into three likewise strips.
Cut strips into individual ribs for out-of-hand eating.
Place and shallow baking pan, sprinkle with accent seasoning.
Blend together molasses and prepared mustard, and stir in the remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Brush spare ribs with part of the sauce.
Bake in a 350-degree oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, brushing frequently with remaining sauce.
To serve, drain on absorbent paper.
Turn into a chafing dish.

If desired, spare ribs may be made several days in advance and frozen.
Bake in a 300-degree oven for about 1 hour.
