1 medium sized brisket
2 T liquid smoke
1 t garlic salt
1 t onion salt
2 t celery seed
1 1/2 t salt
2 T Worchestershire Sauce
2 t black pepper
1 C BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Trim excess fat off of brisket. Make a marinade with Liquid Smoke, garlic salt, onion salt, celery seed & Worchestershire Sauce. Put marinade on non-fat side and marinate over night in the refrigerator. Before cooking, scrape off marinade and put on fat side to bake. Add salt & pepper, then cover with foil. Bake for 5 hours at 250-300º. Add BBQ sauce in the last hour and uncover. Enjoy!

If you don't have time to marinate overnight, just mix everything together including BBQ sauce. You can also put on grill.
