4 - 6 lb. beef brisket, well-trimmed
1 onion, sliced
1/2 bunch celery, cut
1 (12 oz) bottle chili sauce
1 (12 oz) can of beer



Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º; place the brisket fat side down in large foil lined baking dish; place onions, celery, and chili sauce over meat; gently pour beer over all. Seal tightly with foil; bake UNDISTURBED for 4 1/2 to 5 hours. Remove meat to cutting board. Rest 15 mins. Slice diagonally to grain, return to sauce, keep warm until ready to serve. This may be prepared ahead and rewarmed. ENJOY!
