2 cups Sprite or 7 Up
⅔ cup soy sauce
1 cup vegetable or canola oil
1 T. horseradish sauce
1½ tsp. garlic powder

Mix together and put in ziplock bags with chicken or turkey breasts. Marinate sauce in meat for at least 12, but preferably 24 hours. BBQ meat.

This is enough marinade for 5-10 lbs. meat

My Uncle Max lived in Manti, Utah where the Mormon Miracle pageant was. He gave me this recipe, said they used it to marinade the turkey meat served at the meals sold there. It's a delicious marinade for chicken or turkey.
