3 bell peppers-sliced
2 onions-sliced
1/2 c. apple juice
your favorite barbecue sauce
1 bottle of dark beer

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Dry ribs with a paper towel and rub the both sides with the dry rub mixture
Let sit for 1 hour

In a Dutch oven place peppers and onions in the bottom, pour 1/2 bottle of beer. Place the ribs on top, drizzle the apple juice over the ribs. Cover the ribs with barbecue sauce spreading to cover entirely.

Bake for 2 hours
