Baby back ribs
salt
pepper
garlic powder
cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Cut ribs into pieces and lay in pan. Season with salt, pepper and garlic. Drizzle with cider vinegar. Cover with foil and bake at 250º for 2 ½ - 3 hours.

Then put the cooked slabs in a large foil pan on the grill. Smear with lots of BBQ sauce and grill until sticky and caramelized.
