2 lbs. Ribs (1 Rack )

Brown Sugar Rub

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Sticky Asian Sauce

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. grated ginger
2 tsp. sesame oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes

Preheat oven 300º

On the back of the ribs, score the white membrane in diagonal pattern with sharp knife

Stir brown sugar rub ingredients together and pat the rub mixture over both side of ribs

Place meat side up on baking sheet lined with parchment and cover with foil, tightly.

Bake covered for 3-5 hours.

Place sticky sauce in pot a d bring to a low boil and simmer 5 minutes, let cool to thicken .

When desired tenderness is reached remove foil and. brush on sticky sauce

Turn oven on broil for 2-3 mins. until caramelized.

Garnish with left over sauce and sesame seeds and green onions.
