3 Lbs Chicken thighs
1 small onion chopped

1/2 cup Ketchup
1/8 cup spicy mustard
1/8 maple syrup
1/8 cup molasses
No salt added seasoning
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot add Chicken thighs and onions then cover with water.
Bring pot to boil and cook for about 20 minutes till chicken is cooked.

Combine in a small bowl ketchup, spicy mustard, maple syrup, molasses, and no salt added seasoning,
salt and pepper.

When chicken is done, remove from pot and place in a large bowl.
Add ingredients from small bowl and mix together. Making sure to coat chicken.

Let chicken marinate for 1/2 hour


Place chicken on cookie sheet and place in a 350 degree oven.
Cook for 15 minutes until done. Always use a meat thermometer.
Turn oven to low broil for another 3-5 minutes. This is to crisp top of chicken
