BBQ Beef Marinade Recipe

⅓ c. red wine vinegar
¼ c. ketchup
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. mustard
1 minced garlic
1 large flank steak

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together all marinade ingredients.
Pour into large plastic bag and place flank steak inside.
Seal bag and place in refrigerator.
Marinade at least 3 hours, turning occasionally.
Remove from refrigerator and bring the marinade steak to room temperature.
Set BBQ temperature to 500ºF. Do not prick with fork to avoid releasing juices!
Time and doneness vary but the following is a good start:
Rare - 3 minutes/side
Medium rare - 4 to 4.5 minutes/side
Medium - 5 to 6 minute/side
Well done - 7+ minutes/side
Let rest for 5-10 minutes and slice 1" wide on the bias
