3 lbs spare ribs, country style
salt and pepper meat

Mix: 1 1/2 C catsup
1 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp onion salt
2/3 c brown sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp paprika
2 Tbs Worchestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Roll ribs in sauce
Bake 2 1/2 hours in 325º oven
Cover for the first 2 hours
