1 package Jones Dairy Farm No Sugar All Natural Uncured Hickory Smoked Bacon (8 slices) strips cut in half, crosswise
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes (about 1”, or 16 cubes)
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika
3/4 cup BBQ sauce
Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Preheat your oven to 400° F.
Cut bacon strips into thirds. Line large baking sheet with parchment paper, top with oven safe rack or parchment. Place bacon strips on prepared sheet. Bake about 5 minutes until halfway done, not crisp.
Place cubed chicken in small bowl and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat. Top with 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce. Toss to coat.
Wrap partially cooked bacon piece around each chicken cube, secure with toothpick. Place back on baking sheet/rack.
Bake for 10 minutes, brush chicken with remaining BBQ sauce. Continue to bake until chicken is no longer pink and bacon is crisp, about 6-8 minutes. Enjoy!
