4 Slices Center Cut Bacon
1 Medium Apple, Peeled and Chopped
1-1/2 c. Onion
1-1/2 c. Ketchup
1/3 c Worcestershire Sauce
3 tbsp Brown Sugar, packed
3 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tsp Salt
2 lbs. Lean uncooked, trimmed Pork Tenderloin, cut into 3 or 4 pieces to fit into the crockpot better

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon, drain on a paper towel, crumble.

Place chopped apple, onion, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, cider vinegar, salt and bacon pieces into crockpot, stir to combine.

Add tenderloin and stir to cover in sauce.

Place lid on crockpot and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.

Remove pork, shred with 2 forks (should be super easy)

Use the back of a spoon to mash apples in the sauce.

Return the shredded pork and stir. Cover and cook on high for another 30-60 minutes. Serve warm.
