1½ - 2 lbs. country-style ribs
3 tsp. Cajun seasoning
¼ tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. onion powder
1 medium onion, sliced
½ cup BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Wash ribs and pat dry.
Combine Cajun seasoning, garlic powder and onion powder.
Rub seasoning mixture over the ribs.
Line a shallow baking pan with foil; oil or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
Arrange ribs on the foil, then top with onion slices.
Cover with another piece of foil.
Bake at 325º for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until very tender.
Remove top piece of foil and brush with barbeque sauce.
Bake uncovered for about 15 minutes longer, or broil for about 5 minutes.
