1 cup turbinado sugar
½ cup granulted sugar
½ cup kosher salt
1 Tbsp onion powder
2 Tbsp granulated garlic (garlic powder)
1½ tsp cayenne (can adjust to taste0
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp dry mustard
¼ cup light chili powder (I added some ancho chili powder to regular walmart brand)
1 tsp cumin ( I used a little less as I'm not crazy about cumin)
¼ cup plus 2 Tbsp paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Place turbinado sugar in a coffee grinder (or blender) and pulse until lightly powdered. Combine in a bowl with all other ingredients and mix until well blended. Store in an airtight container (such as a mason jar)
