3 cups ketchup
1 cup BBQ sauce

2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 large onion, chopped

Directions:
With a blunt instrument (butter knife) loosen one edge of the membrane/skin on the back of the ribs and then peel off. This makes the ribs more tender and retain more flavour.

Place ribs in large stock pot with enough water to cover. Add garlic salt to water for added flavour. Bring the water to a boil and cook over medium-high heat for 15 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

In medium saucepan, combine ketchup, BBQ sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, steak sauce and garlic. Blend well. Cook the sauce over medium heat for approximately 20 minutes.

Cut the ribs between the bones, add sauce and place in roasting pan. Cover and cook for 40-50 minutes checking for tenderness and cooked. Stir ribs half way through for thorough coating of sauce.
