3 frozen chicken breasts
BBQ sauce (about a cup)
Chopped romaine
Cilantro
Avacado
Red onion
Tomatoes
Black beans (drained and rinsed)
Can of corn
Lime juice
Shredded cheese
Tortilla strips
Ranch or cilantro lime dressing

Directions:
Directions:
Add chicken, 1/2 C water, salt and pepper to crockpot and cook on high for 4-6 hrs.
Remove chicken and shred. Discard liquid then add chicken back to crockpot. Add BBQ sauce (I use about a cup but you can get saucy with it!) Keep warm.
Chop the red onion and cilantro. Mix it with the black beans, corn and 1 Tbsp lime juice.
Romaine, chicken, corn mixture, then and other topping you like! Top with dressing and/or more BBQ sauce.
