2lbs ground beef
2 cans refrigerator biscuits or croissants
1 jar of honey bbq sauce
1/3 cup Grape jelly
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Black pepper
Shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Season beef with garlic powder, onion powder, pepper and brown in skillet over medium heat. Drain if needed. Stir in grape jelly and bbq sauce. Spray a muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray. Lay a croissant or flatten a biscuit in each well. Top each with 1-2 tablespoons beef mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 11-14 minutes, until croissants/rolls are cooked through.
