3 lbs baby back pork ribs
2 med onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
barbecue sauce (your choice), optional

Rub:
1 T paprika
1 T brown sugar
¾ tsp garlic powder
¾ tsp onion powder
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp lemon pepper
½ salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 275ºF. Remove the silver skin off the ribs. To do this, use a sharp knife and pull back a corner of the skin. Then pull the remaining skin off. Line a cookie sheet (with sides) with heavy-duty aluminum foil.
In a small bowl, combine the spices for the rub. Cover the ribs with the dry rub. Lay ribs on the cookie sheet. Place the onions and garlic on top of the ribs. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 2- 2½ hours. Remove foil and cover with barbecue sauce, if using and place under the broiler for about 10 mins. Barbecue sauce can served at the table instead of on top of the ribs.
