Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 racks baby back ribs
a few Tbsps. of Ina's rub (elsewhere in this book)
⅓ or so bottle of bottled Barbeque Sauce--I use Bullseye Bold Original

Directions:
Directions:
You may want to remove the skin on the bone side of the ribs. I don't bother as I don't notice much difference.

Sprinkle the meat side of the ribs with Ina's rub. Cook right away or let marinate in the fridge for an hour or so. Roast the racks on a shallow pan covered with foil at 375ºF about an hour. Brush ribs with the BBQ sauce and roast 15-20 minutes longer. Serve with more BBQ sauce for dipping if you like. I don't think they need it.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Second easiest dinner of all--this is in the regular rotation at my house. Whenever I ask Max what to buy this week for dinner, he almost always says "spareribs".

I usually accompany the ribs with baked potato & salad or cole slaw. In the picture, I roasted brussels sprouts and yellow peppers alongside the ribs.

Bullseye Bold Original won over Baby Ray BBQ sauce in a taste test at my house. Use whatever BBQ sauce you like best.
