Directions:
Prepare Ribs
Remove membrane on back of ribs. I use a butter knife to slide under membrane and pull off. Coat ribs with mustard to act as a binder for the rub. Coat ribs with favorite bbq rub or seasoning. Lampards has several good rubs. Let sit for minumum 2 hours to overnight

Cook Ribs
Preheat smoker to 250 degrees. I like to use apple wood chunks. Put ribs on smoker for 3 hours. After 3 hours, lay out foil and put butter, brown sugar on foil. take ribs and place on foil bones side up. Put butter and brown sugar on top of ribs and fold up foil to make a boat and pour apple juice and wrap ribs and put back on smoker for 2 hours.
After 2 hours take ribs out of foil and put back on smoker. Sauce ribs with favorite bbq sauce(i.e. sweet baby ray, memphis bbq, etc). Take ribs off after another hour and let rest for 30 minutes. Ready to serve
