1½ lb Beef Stew Meat
1½ lb Cubed Pork (IUse pork loin or rolled roast)
2 C Onions - Chopped
2 C Green Pepper - Chopped
½ C Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Dry Mustard
3 tsp Chili Powder
¼ C Vinegar
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 (6 oz) Can Tomato Paste

Slow Cooker Method: Combine all ingredients. Cook 1 hour on high, reduce to low for 7-9 hrs.

Oven Method: Heat oven to 325º. In Dutch oven or large casserole, combine all ingredients. Cover tightly, bake for 4-5 hours or until meat is tender.

With fork, stir barbeque mixture to break up meat pieces. Serve in hamburger rolls. Makes a great appetizer with small rolls. (Should serve about 16)
