1 16.3 oz. can flaky biscuits, 8 count
1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion, diced
1 cup bbq sauce
1 14.5 oz. can dice tomatoes, drained
1 ½ cup shredded colby jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Grease 9 x 13 casserole dish. Place biscuits (could substitute hash browns) along the bottom - flatten them out so they cover the entire dish. Bake biscuits until slightly browned. Meanwhile, cook the beef and onion in frying pan over medium high heat until meat is browned. Drain grease. Add bbq sauce and tomatoes. Pour beef mixture over the partially baked biscuits and top with cheese. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes until cheese is melted and mixture is bubbly.
