6 eggs boiled and halved
Mayonnaise to taste
5 strips bacon, cooked crisp
finely shredded cheddar cheese
barbecue sauce
black pepper to taste
chives - chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Peel cooled boiled eggs and cut in half. Scoop out yolk into mixing bowl. Mash yolks with a fork before adding other ingredients. Chops 3 strips bacon finely (save 2 strips for garnish). Add approx. 1/4 cup finely shredded cheese. Add black pepper.

Add a small amount of mayo (1 T) and approx. 1 tbs. of bbq sauce then mix into dry ingredients. Add mayo and/or bbq sauce to achieve desired taste and consistency.

Add yolk mixture to sandwich bag. Cut corner from bag and pipe into egg whites. Break bacon into large pieces and insert one piece into each yolk mixture. Top with chives if desired.
