3 lb. baby back ribs
1/2 c. plum jelly or jam
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. chopped green onions
2 tbsp. molasses
2 tsp. ground ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp, cold water
sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Trim fat from ribs. Cut ribs into two to three rib portions. Place the ribs in a slow cooker.

In a bowl, combine jelly, soy sauce, brown sugar, green onions, molasses, ginger and garlic. Pour mixture over ribs.

Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or on high for about 3 hours. Transfer ribs to a platter.

Sauce: strain cooking juices into a saucepan; skim off fat. Combine cornstarch and the cold water; stir into cooking juices. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Pour sauce over ribs and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
