1 Rack of ribs-be sure to remove silver skin!

Rub ingredients
3 T. Brown sugar
1 1/2 T. Paprika
1 1/2 T. Black pepper
1 1/2 T. Salt
1 tsp. Garlic powder


1 cup +/- of your Favorite bbq sauce.

Directions:

Mix All the ingredients for the dry rub together. Cover the ribs with the dry rub, rubbing in generously. Wrap it tightly in foil and Place in refrigerator overnight for best results.

The next day...
Preheat oven at 250°. Place foil wrapped ribs on a cookie sheet and cook in the oven for 2 hours, flipping foil wrapped ribs after 1 hour.

Remove from oven, unwrap foil and discard juices. Open foil up flat. Let cool 15 minutes. Generously apply some bbq sauce to all sides.

Turn oven up to 325° Place ribs back into oven, cook 10 minutes meat side down. After 10 minutes turn over ribs and reapply more bbq sauce, continue cooking another 10 minutes, reapplying bbq sauce to meat side only, every 10 minutes (do this 5 times.) Total 50 minutes.

Remove cut and enjoy.
