3 – 4 Lbs Pork Ribs
2 Tablespoon Oil
2 Tablespoon Butter
1 ½ Cups Onions chopped
1 Cup Ketchup
½ Cup BBQ sauce
1 Cup Water
2 Tablespoons Brown sugar, Apple Cider Vinegar, Worcestershire Sauce, Prepared Mustard, Lemon Juice
½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Brown ribs in oil in skillet. Place in large deep baking bowl/dish. Season with salt & pepper.
Melt butter in skillet and saute onions. Add Ketchup, BBQ Sauce, Water, Brown Sugar, Worcestershire Sauce, Vinegar, Mustard, Lemon Juice and Garlic Powder
Simmer sauce 15 minutes then pour over ribs. Cover baking dish with foil and bake in over at 350 degrees for 1 ½ to 2 hours.
