1/2 cup water
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp prepared mustard
1/2 tsp pepper
1½ tsp salt
1 lemon sliced
1 onion slice
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.

Trim ribs of any excess fat. Pour prepared sauce over ribs arranged single layer in a pan. If possible refrigerate marinating ribs overnight. Bake in a 350º oven uncovered about 1 ½ hours or until pork is well done. Baste occasionally.

If using boneless ribs, reduce cooking time to approximately 1 hour.
