Rib Marinade:
1 c. Worchester
1 c. soy sauce
3 tsp. liquid smoke
1 tbsp. ginger
salt and pepper
1 tbsp. brown sugar

Carolina Sauce:
2 c. mustard
1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. tomato sauce
2 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. garlic powder
smidge smoked paprika
1 c. sugar
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix rib marinade ingredients together and pour over ribs.

Seal with tinfoil and refrigerate for up to 24 hours.

Transfer ribs to a cookie sheet and pour Carolina sauce over ribs.

Bake at 250º for 2 hours (traeger) and then 300º for 1 hour

Mix the Carolina sauce ingredients together and cook simmering for up to 1 hour.
