6 cups hashbrowns thawed
2 cups diced ham
6 whole eggs
1/4 cup milk
2 cups shredded cheese
1 cup diced green onion
salt & pepper to taste
1/2 cup tomato diced

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a foil BBQ-safe pan with cooking spray, add in thawed hashbrowns and ham.

Add eggs to a large bowl with milk and whisk until combined. Stir in cheese, green onions and tomatoes and pour over the hashbrowns and ham.

Add salt & pepper to taste.
Cover with foil and cook on BBQ (on indirect heat) at 375* for 30 minutes.

Uncover the pan and cook for an additional 15-35 minutes, until edges are crispy (when done you will notice the hashbrowns are coated with scrambled eggs).
