1 cup orange juice
1 cup red wine
1 cup ketchup
2 large onions
-- pound brisket

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º

Mix together the orange juice, the red wine, and the ketchup. Put the brisket in a large roaster pan.

Slice the onions and put them under and on top of the meat. Pour the liquid mixture over the meat.

Cover the meat and bake at 300º for -- hours.

Cool in pan, remove and slice. Remove pan juices. Lay slices back in pan and pour pan juices over the meat (can de-fat juices first).
