Ingredients: 3-4 lbs beef brisket, trimmed Onion Salt Garlic Salt Seasoned Salt 2 oz liquid smoke ½ cup lemon juice
Barbeque Sauce 1 cup ketchup ½ cup Worcestershire Sauce 2 tbsp sugar

Directions: |
Directions:Place the beef brisket on a large piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil in a large roasting pan. Sprinkle generously with the three kinds of salt. Pour liquid smoke over the meat. Tighten foil over the brisket. Be sure no air gets to the meat. Bake at 300º for 1 hour and 15 minutes per pound. Take out of the oven and turn sides of foil back, remove all juices, except for 1 cup. Pour lemon juice over the meat.
Combine ingredients for barbeque sauce and heat in a saucepan until pouring consistency. Add barbeque sauce over meat and cook uncovered for an additional 45 minutes. To serve, cut brisket ¼ - ½ inch slices against the grain. |
