Directions:
Mix all ingredients for rub
Pat the ribs dry with paper towels. Remove the thin membrane attached to the underside of the ribs
Cut racks in half and coat ribs with the rub
Using two large sheets of heavy foil per rack, place ribs in foil and pull up and over each set of ribs to create 2 completely enclosed packets.
Place on baking sheet with sides in a 300º oven for 2 – 2 ½ hours.
Brush on your favorite barbeque sauce and place on the grill for 5 minutes on each side.
Cut racks between bones and dig in!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Based on all the family and friends I have made these for: They are super good! I agree, they are tender, juicy, tasty, fall off the bone good. I don't have a smoker, so I had to find a way to make the best baby back ribs without one.
