6 Tablespoons Liquid Smoke

Salt

Onion Powder

Garlic Powder

Barbecue Sauce

Aluminum foil

First Day:

Place meat into a glass dish and wet brisket with 6 tablespoons liquid smoke. Rub salt into meat. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and refigerate 24 hours.

Second Day:

Sprinkle both sides of brisket with onion powder and garlic powder. Make sure you use a good amount. Cover with foil and bake at 300 degrees 4 hours. Cool and refrigerate.

Third Day.
Remove meat from pan and slice with electric knife. Cover well with barbecue sauce, heat and serve
