3 racks baby back ribs
1 cup your favorite rub
3 cups apple juice
1 1/2 cups your favorite BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
1. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and liberally season both sides of the ribs with the rub.
2. Prepare the smoker with a target temperature of 180-200º. Place the ribs in the smoker bone side down for 3 hours.
3. Remove the ribs from the smoker and place them in a roaster with the apple juice. Place the lid on the roaster and place the roaster in the smoker. Increase the temperature to 225º and steam for 2 hours.
4. Remove the roaster from the smoker and the ribs from the roaster. Brush the ribs with BBQ sauce and place them directly on the smoker, bone side down for 1 hour at 225º or until the ribs are tender and the sauce is sticky and set.
