4 to 5 lbs Pork Ribs
2 to 3 Garlic Cloves, diced
Salt & Pepper to taste
¼ cup Water
¼ Chopped Onion
¼ chopped Celery
¼ chopped Green Peppers
¼ Cider Vinegar
1 10 oz can Tomato Soup
1 can Apple Butter
1 tsp Liquid Smoke
1 tsp Chopped Ginger Root

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle ribs in roasting pan with garlic, salt & pepper. Add water. Cover and put in oven at 375º for about 45 minutes. Simmer remaining ingredients in a saucepan for about 45 minutes. Remove ribs to a grill over hot charcoal. Cover with sauce and
cook turning every 10 minutes or so until done about 30 minutes. Baste frequently with sauce.

Serve extra sauce warm.
