10 or 12 ribs (you can use chicken if you want)
2 green peppers cut into chunks
3 stalks of celery cut into chunks
2 medium onions sliced
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 large can of crushed tomatoes
2 small cans of tomato sauce
5 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tsp. mustard
5 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Place 10 or 12 ribs in a pan and brown in a 350 º oven for a 1/2 hour on each side. On top of the stove, sauté, 5 tablespoons oil and 3 tablespoon margarine, 2 green peppers, 3 stalks of celery, and 2 medium onion.

When the onion is translucent, add crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, brown sugar, mustard, and salt and pepper to taste. Pour over ribs. Place pan back in the oven and cover with foil and cook about an hour or until cooked.
