1 Flank Steak
16 BBQ Skewers
Salt
Pepper

1 Cup Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Tbsp Honey
1 Tbsp Mirin
1 Tbsp Garlic
1 tsp Ginger
1 Tbsp Cornstarch
1/4 Cup Cold Water

Directions:
Directions:
Start BBQ grill - heat to 300º to 350º

Slice steak across the grain in 1/4" strips.
Thread steak onto skewers in weaving fashion.

In small saucepan, mix together soy sauce, sugar, honey, mirin, garlic and ginger.
Simmer for 15 minutes. Stir frequently.

Stir together water and cornstarch.
Add to saucepan mixture. Simmer another 5-7 minutes.

Grill skewers for 2 1/2 minutes - then flip over - grill for another 2 1/12 minutes.
Brush with teriyaki glaze.
Keep flipping and glazing until done.
