8 lbs pork spare ribs, cut into 1 lb pieces
1/4 c seasoned salt
1 c honey, optional

Sauce: 1 1/2 c thawed frozen peaches, drained
1/2 c white vinegar
1 1/2 t ground ginger
3/4 c firmly packed light brown sugar
1/2 c ketchup
3 T soy sauce
1/2 t garlic powder
1/2 t salt

Directions:
Remove and discard excess fat. Arrange in baking pan large enough to hold single layer. Sprinkle with salt. Bake 2 hours or until ribs are cooked through and meat is tender at 250º. If desired, brush with honey and continue baking 5 minutes. For sauce, in medium saucepan, beat peaches at high speed on electric mixture for 5 minutes or until fairly smooth. In small bowl, add 2 t vinegar to ginger, stirring to form a paste. Continue adding vinegar, a small amount at a time, stirring constantly until is smooth. Add to peaches, add brown sugar, ketchup, soy sauce, garlic powder and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, just until mixture simmers. Serve with ribs.
