2 racks of baby back ribs
1 clove of garlic
1 medium onion
5 tbsp butter
2 1/2 cups ketchup
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup peach or pineapple juice
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 tbsp grainy mustard or spicy mustard
2 tbsp Worcestershire
1 tbsp chilli powder
2 tsp salt
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp liquid smoke
1/2 tsp black pepper


Directions:

Melt butter in large sauce pan
Add garlic and onions and cook over low heat until softened

Stir in the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes stirring occasionally.

Let sauce cool completely.

Cut ribs in half and place in foil trays or roasting dish and cover liberally with sauce. Cover with foil and place in oven @ 190º F for 9 hours!!

Remove from oven and discard drippings. Place ribs on Bbq to finish or under broiler for abut 10 minutes. Serve with extra bbq sauce.
