Ingredients:
-Three racks of baby back pork ribs
-Generous amounts of dried thyme, dried minced garlic, salt, and pepper (enough seasonings to cover both sides of each rack).
-spray olive oil (or Pam)

Directions:
Directions:
These are the best ribs I have ever had. It's with a dry rub and there's no boiling at all! I hope you enjoy these as much as our family does.

Spray a baking pan with the spray olive oil put the ribs in the pan and spray the oil all over both sides of the ribs.

Generously season salt, pepper, time, and the dried minced garlic on both sides of ribs. We put enough so that the seasons cover the entire surface of both sides of ribs. Finish with a final spray of olive oil on both sides of ribs.
