country style boneless ribs
3 golden delicious apples (for small batch of ribs, 5-6 for larger batch), sliced with peel left on
8 sticks cloves
1/2 to 1 c brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Oven 325º. Place ribs in pan then sliced apples. Stick cloves in apples randomly. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake 1 hour for small batch. For larger batch, check after 1 hour 15 minutes. Only way to know for sure if done is to cut into them.
Before serving, transfer ribs to platter, place apples on top and serve.
