2½ lbs. boneless chuck roast
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. pepper
6 Pyrenees rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in a bowl all the seasonings and spread all over the roast. A great cooking hint is to wet the meat with water and place in a gallon storage bag. Refrigerate for a few hours to marinate. Take out of the ziploc bag. Cook the roast in the crockpot for 6-7 hours. It will shred easily when cooked enough. Shred meat and add the BBQ sauce below.

1 c. honey
3 T. ketchup
¼ c. molasses
⅛ tsp. gr cinnamon
½ tsp. paprika
⅛ tsp. ginger
1 T. seasoned salt
1 T. meat tenderizer
⅛ tsp. pepper
⅛ tsp. oregano
¼ tsp. minced garlic
¼ c. steak sauce
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 T. mustard
1½ c. brown sugar, warm to blend
