3 to 4 lbs. ribs cut into pieces.
1 lemon
1 large onion
1/3 cup Worrcestershire sauce
1 t chili powder
2 dashes Tobasco Sauce
2 cups water
2 cup ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Place ribs in shallow rotating pan, meaty side up on ea. place a slice of lemon and a thin slice of onion.

Roastin hot oven (450ºF) 30 min.

Combine remaining ingredients, bring to a boil and pour over ribs.

Continue baking in moderate oven (350ºF) until tender, about 45 minutes to 1 hour,

Baste ribs with the sauce every 15 minutes.

If sauce gets too thick add more water.
