4 pounds (2 kg) Country -style ribs ( I use baby back)
2 Lemon sliced
2 medium onion sliced
1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Tsp Chili powder
1 Tsp celery seed
1/2 Tsp garlic salt
1 Cup Water
3/4 Cup Chili sauce
1/3 Cup Vinegar
2 Tbsp molasses
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp soy sauce

Preheat oven to 350º

Trim excess fat from ribs and arrange in a single layer in roasting pan. Distribute the onion and lemons slices over the meat.

Cover and bake for 1 & 1/2 hours

Combine brown sugar, chili powder, celery seed, garlic salt, water, chili sauce, vinegar , molasses, Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce in a saucepan. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.

After the 1.5 hours of baking discard the lemon and onion slices;
remove the ribs from the pan. Discard the pan drippings. Return meat to pan and pour hot sauce over them.

Bake uncovered basting frequently for about 45 minutes or until meat is glazed. Transfer meat to serving dish.
