Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 or 2 racks of Baby Back Ribs
2 cups of water
2 to 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
your favorite BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place a trivet in the Inner Pot. Add water and Worcestershire sauce.

Take the ribs and coil them so they fit in the Instant Pot lined against the perimeter of the pot, meat side to the outside. If you wish, cut each rack in half or even smaller pieces before putting in the Inner Pot for easier removal once cooked.

Secure the lid. Set to Manual (or Pressure Cook) for 30 minutes. Followed by a 10 minute Natural Pressure Release (NPR). Then a Quick Release (QR) to release all the pressure.

Remove the ribs and place them upside down on a foil-covered baking sheet. Slather BBQ sauce on the underside of the ribs. Flip the ribs over and add BBQ sauce to the top side of the ribs. Bake in a 350° oven for 15 to 20 minutes or toss on the BBQ.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
If your ribs come with a membrane layer on the back side of your ribs, peel/slice it off the best you can (it’s fine if you don’t get it all).
Depending on the size of your Instant Pot and the size of your ribs, you could make 1, 2 or possibly 3 racks of ribs at one time.
Goes great with sides of garlic mashed potatoes and your favorite veggies.
