Pressure Cooker (Instapot 8 qt):
2 Racks of Baby Back Ribs
1 bottle of Sweet Baby Ray's Honey BBQ Sauce OR Famous Dave's Sweet and Zesty BBQ Sauce
1/2 tsp liquid smoke

Pressure Cooker (XXL 12 qt):
4-6 Racks of Baby Back Ribs
1 bottle of Sweet Baby Ray's Honey BBQ Sauce OR Famous Dave's Sweet and Zesty BBQ Sauce
1 tsp liquid smoke

Pressure Cooker (8 qt InstaPot) with oven or BBQ Grill Method: Add 1 cup of water and liquid smoke to cooker. Add the 2 Racks. Set pressure to high. Set time to 1 hour. Let pressure release on its own (about 20 minutes). Keep warm for 5 minutes. Take ribs out of cooker and place bone side down onto a foiled cookie sheet. Spread sauce onto ribs and bake at 375º for 15 minutes and serve or you can place the ribs on a BBQ GRILL for 15 minutes bone side down, then serve.

Let pressure release on its own (about 20 minutes). Keep warm for 5 minutes. Take ribs out of cooker and place bone side down onto a foiled cookie sheet. Spread sauce onto ribs and bake at 375º for 15 minutes and serve or you can place the ribs on a BBQ GRILL for 15 minutes bone side down, then serve.
