*Chickpeas (1/2 of one can)
*Spinach (1 Handful)
*BBQ Sauce (Preferred amount to toss w/ chickpeas)
*Tomato (One small tomato)
*Zucchini (1/2 of one zucchini)
*Salt (1 tsp.)
*Pepper (1 tsp.)
*Olive oil (1 tsp.)

Directions:
Directions:
Take one large handful of spinach and place in a large bowl. Then, drain and rinse one can of chickpeas, and use about 1/2 of the can; microwave for 1-2 minutes. Then, slice up one small tomato. Next, take 1/2 of a zucchini and cut into small slices. Then, coat a small frying pan in olive oil and toss the zucchini on. Cook the zucchini for about 5-6 minutes, or until preferred firmness. Once the chickpeas are finished, toss them in the BBQ sauce. Lastly, toss the chickpeas, zucchini, and tomato in a bowl! Add salt and pepper to the top.
