Whole Duck (in halves)

Sauce:
1/2 lb butter
1/2 cup catsup
1 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
pepper to taste
1 tsp salt
1 clove
pressed garlic
4 small chopped onions
1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Duck:
Split whole ducks in half and flatten with a side of a cleaver.
Place on rack in a flat bake pan
Cook at 375-degrees for 1 hour.
Bast every 10 minutes with BBQ sauce.
Turn and cook other side 1 hour.
Continue basting.

Sauce:
Combine all ingredients
Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes
Makes sauce for 4 halves
